HOLDVÖLGY cultivates 22 parcels in seven different vineyards in the best lands of Mád, Tokaj Wine Region using environmentally conscious methods and integrating ecological production elements. The varied nature of the estate gives the opportunity to create wines of unique character from within just one vineyard. Our aim is to harvest the highest quality grapes possible in every vintage. We believe in the Tokaj grape varieties and in the excellent historically classified Mád vineyards that make it possible – with meticulous work – to reliably produce our wines from dry right up to the most noble 6 puttonyos Aszú, in even the most difficult vintages. We work with all six grape varieties allowed in the Tokaj Wine Region, and both our dry and sweet wines show the harmony between the grape and its ideal terroir. Our wines represent the Tokaj Wine Region in numerous prestigious fine dining restaurants in Hungary and abroad.
