On finishing oenological university wo enthusiastic young wine lovers – János Hajdú and Krisztián Farkas – made the daring decision to strike out and created an independent winery. With the aim of following in the footsteps of the greatest “Tokaji winemakers”.
With little capital, they threw themselves into the work with all the more determination. They pruned vines, harvested and worked a lot to have their first wines from the 2007 vintage. The “garage” winery has released ever more beautiful wines over the last decade and the winery has a clearly seen development.
Currently they cultivate three hectares of vineyards. Organic cultivation of all the land has been achieved in recent years. Depending on the vintage, they produce 10 to 12 thousand bottles annually.
