We strive to preserve Öreg Király Dűlő (“Old King”), this special land, as best possible for future generations. As the estate “slept” through the decades of unlimited chemical use, the soil is still untouched. Thus we try to cultivate the vineyards organically and we make our wines using the least intervention possible and with maximum cleanliness. In accordance with our vision almost all our wines ferment spontaneously; we entrust ourselves to the work of the natural yeasts found in the vineyards and the cellar.
We would like our wines to reflect the unique qualities of their exceptional terroir along with the land, the vineyard orientation, the weather conditions of the vintage and the character of those involved in making the wines – for them to present themselves as exclusive and unrepeatable lots.
