The Big Apple (nickname of New York) is one of the biggest and knowledgeable market in the USA. The building of the Hungarian Consulate is a regular host for wine events from the motherland, but this time something special and different was shaping up. The unique menu featured items like Mangalica, donated by Erno Hollo. The opening presentation and the introduction of the region was presented by Helga Gal. The crowd was very engaging and highly appreciated the great wines of Tokaj with the classic piano music in the background.
After having two beyond the expectation successful events in the USA, the Confrerie is already planning the future for 2018 and looking forward to start a new tradition in the States which will include tastings, dinners and educational events.
