Winemaking
We managed to select botrytised bunches with aszú berries from different vineyards on the 29th October. After destemming we macerated them for one night and then pressed them.
The wine fermented and aged for 2 and a half years in Hungarian sszerednyei oak barrels.
Wine tasting
“Clean and defined appearance and aromas, very light and youthful. Citrus are mainly perceptible in the aromatic profile, substantial, rich and complex. Sprightly acids, impeccable balance. It retains its lively and refreshing character to the end. Fruit and herbs are its decorative elements throughout. Not overdimensioned, but a unique personality.” (Gabriella Mészáros)
