Winemaking
The whole bunch was pressed and after one night settling we fermented it to dry with cultured yeast in barrels over two years. The wine is currently rounding with 2 battonage per week.
Wine tasting
“Deeper in colour, not yet totally clear. Riper grapes and a stronger use of barrel can be felt in the nose. Defined structure founded upon no lack of acidity and tannins. Powerful concentration can be discerned, this is right at the beginning of its development. Incredibly lively, a complex wine, smooth with warm tones. The barrel spices and quince-pear notes can all be found in the decorative flavours. Long and substantial in the mouth.” (Gabriella Mészáros)
