Winemaking

2013 is a beautiful vintage that deserves a great ambassador. Wines made for relaxing, enjoying, drinking at any time: coming back from opera, from a long winter walk, or even for sharing late in the night. They are also well suited for wine and food matching. Chefs consider them the best wines for desserts thanks to the strong acidity. After years of aging, the wine is even more complex, even richer, which allows them to offer the best experience at a magical situation or event, Christmas or New Year’s Eve, an important anniversary.

Wine tasting

“Mid-gold in colour, the wine has an oily texture. Restrained fruitiness in the nose, warm tones come through. The notes of barrel aging and starting micro-oxidisation make expressly rounded this wine that evokes the flavours of tropical fruits. In spite of the vintage that brings lively acids, they are tame. Sweet, overripe fruits appear most intensively in the mouth. Peach, fig and quince lead the aromatics. Thanks to the richness of the grapes its character is all about roundedness. Still a very young wine, it has plenty of aging potential.” (Gabriella Mészáros)
