Winemaking
November harvest. Shrivelled and aszú berries were in the bunches. Part tank, part barrel aged.
Borjellemzés
“If we have an image of a true fruit bomb, then this wine perfectly complements our vision. All grapes, all apricot, everything is about the fruitiness. Quince jelly, gingerbread spices and fresh apricot jam in symphony. And of course, it would be no more than a pleasant experience if it wasn’t accompanied by superb acids, a refined and balanced structure. In the mouth pure apricot jam with quince purée. Refined, long and lively.” (Mészáros Gabriella)
