Winemaking
Harvested in early october. Destemmed and then spontaneous fermentation in neutral barrel after pressing.
Wine tasting
“Clean, defined, youthful and lively nose with honey, aniseed, linden blossom and lots of other herbs. Plenty of good acids give the backbone to the mouth that helped develop the good balance. Complexity on the palate with richness and concentration of the grapes. The character known from the nose is complemented with minerality in the mouth. Long wine cloaked in a lovable gown.” (Mészáros Gabriella)
