Winemaking
Traditional pressing of whole bunch of grapes, fermented in tank, then this wine specialty was aged in third-fill 200-l Szerednyei barrel. In this wine with lovely acids feel the play between the tropical aromas and Botrytis notes with the serious compliment of the volcanic soil given by the Omlás and Diókút vineyards.
Wine tasting
“Lemon yellow tending to deep gold. A touch of Muscat in the nose, the grapes are full of honey-sweet, strongly botrytised. This wine with excellent structure is all about the fruit. Its acids are dynamic enough for this not to be merely a sweet wine, despite its charming aromas, but we can see real Szamorodni in it. Defined long and substantial finish.” (Gabriella Mészáros)
