Winemaking: This is the first time we made this type of late harvest wine at the winery. We harvested overripe shrivelled grapes without Botrytis cinerea from the chosen parcels and the blend was created in right in the press. We fermented the must in large 500-l barrels, then gently clarified and filtered before bottling it after 6 months.

Wine tasting: “Intensive and captivating nose that shows the most beautiful side of Hárslevelű. It is rare that we are able to taste such a mature Hárslevelű whose intensity of aroma is so intense. The grapes were picked, without Botrytis, from three vineyards, which show the character of all three. Superb acidity, lively and smooth. The residual sugar around 70 g is almost imperceptible as the wine’s structure is so defined. Lively lot in full strength. A real curiosity.” (Gabriella Mészáros)
