Winemaking: Harvest with strict selection on 11th of November 2011. After destemming the grapes were macerated for a short time and then gently pressed at 2 bar. The pressed must settled, then fermented with cultivated yeast in barrels. After fermentation it was aged in 225-litre barrels until March 2012.

Wine tasting: “It has the clean and defined character of mature wines. Incredible richness of aromas, with a honeycomb aspect alongside delicious fruits and dynamic spiciness. As one would expect of a hot vintage, it’s not the liveliest acidity for which we love this wine. It’s attractive for its almost modestly silky character, interesting and beautiful flavours, and roundedness. Very silken and smooth texture. A deep, rich and charming wine that could be a favourite for many.” (Gabriella Mészáros)
