Winemaking: Selected healthy bunches were pressed with a traditional hand press. The must fermented spontaneously in Zemplén oak barrels.

Tasting notes: “Made from the crop of traditional vines, this Furmint is distinguished by its smooth elegance. Fruity notes dominate both the nose and the palate, and we perceive nothing of the propensity of the variety for a certain heaviness. The perfect timing of the harvest must have been instrumental in giving the leading role to its elegant style rather than to high alcohol.” (Gabriella Mészáros)
