Winemaking: Szamorodni bunches contained overripe grapes that had begun to become and were already aszú berries. After destemming and 12 hours’ maceration, it was pressed and fermented. Then the wine aged in barrels for two years. Three years of bottle aging are planned after bottling. The wine is currently in this phase.

Wine tasting: “The nose already shows mature notes but the character of Furmint and Hárslevelű are both clearly discernible. Warm tones, exciting fruit character. Extremely good balance, the residual sugar does not override the fruit notes. Beautiful acidity, subtle tannins, this exciting, elegant wine is charming. Already showing complete complexity.” (Gabriella Mészáros)
