Winemaking: We selected bunches with over half aszú berries at 33 brix at the end of October. After strict selection we managed to make one Gönci barrel (136 l). The grapes were destemmed and crushed before 12 hours of maceration then gentle pressing. The wine fermented and aged in barrel.
Wine tasting: “Lively and youthful in the nose, stunningly clean character. Distinct botrytised notes can be felt in this fruit bomb. If it were possible to sense the aroma and flavour of Botrytis separately, then this wine would certainly be a reference. Tasting gives a refined structure with perceptibly lively acids, subtle tannins. Silky texture and complex, exciting fruit characterise the flavours. A long, defined wine, young and clean.” (Gabriella Mészáros)
