Winemaking: Hatalos vineyard in Szegilong is a steep southeast-facing land rich in minerals. Hand harvested in small crates of bunches with 50 % aszú berries. After crushing and destemming, skin contact for 12 hours then gentle pressing and settling. Then the wine was fermented in 225-litre used oak barrels and matured for 9 months.

Wine tasting:We do not yet know well the Kvaszinger family’s wines, but we expect to hear more in the future. This Auction sweet late harvest will be the favourite for many. It is already showing a silky texture with subtle hints of fruits in the mouth. Despite its significant sugar content, it is not all about sugar; its nose is led by charming fruitiness.” (Gabriella Mészáros)
